Muddy Creek Ranch

Lowline Cattle

The Muddy Creek Ranch Lowline herd began in 2004 and seems to be increasing on a daily basis. So, why Lowlines in the middle of Angus territory? Lowlines are small in size, have high quality meat, are feed efficient, easy to handle and are a high value animal that is in short supply here in the United States. Lowlines are a rare, high quality Angus-based product that holds its value.
We chose to breed Lowline cattle due to their diversified usages, docile manner and efficient ability to gain weight and finish earlier at very little cost.

Bob and Edie Tomasko - Bob & Edie own Muddy Creek Ranch. Bob purchased the ranch’s first Lowline Cattle in 2004.  They have since expanded the operation to include feedlot cattle as well as breeding stock.  The ranch now runs around 60 full blood & percentage cattle, as well as 30 bred commercial cows.
